The Materna company organized a usability testing at its offices in Dortmund, Germany. We were invited to share our SecurePIM application together with seven participants who had never seen it before. The main idea of the test was to evaluate how easy it is to use the Messenger module, get feedback from testers, and discover potential improvements. This is still a work in progress, however the following video will give you an idea of what the experience was like:
